I am committed to providing professional photos and videos to meet your requirements. Below is a range of services I provide, I am constantly thinking of new ways to utilize my drones, so if you have something in mind that I don’t yet provide, let me know.
I am a FAA Part 107 licensed drone company and have a $1 million dollar liability insurance policy.

Real Estate
Drones are used to capture aerial views of a property’s acreage, home features and highlights. Using aerial photography for real estate creates visual intrigue about a home and is especially valuable for the price. According to Multiple Listing Service statistics, properties with accompanying aerial imagery are 68% more likely to sell than properties without aerial imagery, and that number is only increasing.
Standard package for Real Estate
Residential - $175.00 per property for 20 to 25 aerial photos. These are at least 16 photos at 2 different altitudes, at 8 cardinal directions. Plus up to 3 front and rear taken at roofline level and up to 3 direct down of entire property.
This is a standard package, terrain/obstacles allowing, within a reasonable travel distance of 15 to 20 miles. Addition charges will be applied for longer distances, as well as videos, editing, and airspace waivers that may be required depending on location and request.
Discounts available for properties that are within the same area completed at the same time.

Tracking projects and their progression has never been easier. See how your projects are advancing with professional aerial drone photography and videography. Orthomosaic Mapping
An orthomosaic map is a single, geometrically corrected image created through the combination of many photos.
Orthomosaic mapping technology uses the drone's GPS location to capture geo-referenced imagery.
Software then merges, or stitches, together hundreds or thousands of high-resolution images to create a precise orthomosic map.

Infrastructure Inspection
Drones can be used to inspect hard to reach areas safely and quickly with minimal impact to the surroundings.
Drone inspections often take less time than traditional inspections. A drone can cover ground much more quickly than a worker on foot, especially over difficult terrain.
